If you do not have the French Connection in your area, you can order off the Internet. They ship to almost anywhere using a physical address, no PO boxes. To expedite your order, they take all the major credit cards.
Items you wish to return will be given a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase. You must have the original receipt. You can not return any under garments or bathing suits. This policy applies to full price store returns. Outlet stores are similar but only accept outlet returns.

To return online items make sure all the tickets are attached, and you must include the original receipt. You will get a full refund or exchange if the items are returned within 30 days of the ship date. French Connection discount vouchers and Gift receipts will qualify for an exchange only.
